Room Assignments will be provided no later than July 20th, 2026, You will also receive your move in date at that time.

MOVE IN DATES FOR THE  2026/2027 SCHOOL YEAR WILL BE AUGUST 13, 14 & 15

Electricity, Water, Gas & Trash are provided. INTERNET SERVICE IS NOT PROVIDED. We have found that most students use the hotspot on their mobile device. If you would like to have internet service at the apartment the provider is Sparklight, their phone number is (844) 546-3278.

For the 2026/2027 school year the rent is $4950, there is additional security deposit of $450.

There are RA's on campus at Victory Village

We encourage you to contact your roommates ( we will send their contact info once your room is assigned) to introduce yourself and find out who is bringing what.  There is no reason to have 4 toaster in 1 apartment lol.

Some food for thought....

Every apartment needs shower curtains and rods, a trash can, trash bags, broom, dustpan, mop and mop bucket, toilet brush, cleaning supplies, pots and pans, cooking utensils, etc. 

​

This is a great time to discuss with your roommates.

​

The apartments are supplied with stove/oven, microwave and refrigerator. The apartments are not furnished.
